Replies 6. If you got the Trendmicro cd that came from Dell I suggest you re-install it, reboot and then try the uninstall. Thank you for your suggestion. I have contacted Dell for the backup CD. I don't have any experience with Trend Micro program, but I have access to other virus protection that I prefer to use.
